Planning The Future of Lupin
Lupin Co-op is a committee of current residents and members of Lupin Lodge, dedicated to preserving the resident campground and naturalist membership club at 20600 Aldercroft Heights in Los Gatos.
How you can help:
Both residents, members and friends are welcome to our monthly Town Hall, one Wednesday evening a month.
Residents, members and friends are invited to join the Grants Subcommittee, should you be truly interested in helping and willing to take direction for our Volunteer Grants Coordinator. Meetings are every other Monday evening.
Residents and members are welcome to join/attend our Communications Committee.
Here we discuss marketing and donor relations.
Those interested in making a substantial donation are invited to our philanthropy committee, The Circle of Hope.
Friday evenings we briefly check in on strategy and non-profit development.
The Steering Committee is by invitation only, designed for dedicated resident team members.
Lupin is…
Lupin is so much more than walking naked in the forest or sunbathing on the lawn. Lupin is late night campfire circles, playgrounds with space for children to run free. Lupin is a lodge for music, dancing and arts and crafts. Lupin is the emphasis on connection and collaboration that the committee to “save” Lupin is all about.
For nearly a century Lupin has been the premier destination in the South Bay Area for campsites, tents, RVs, and yurt glamping accommodations and Tiny Homes.

Natural Community
For nearly a century 20600 Aldercroft Heights in Los Gatos, California, has been a place to experience nature, have a quiet meditation for yourself or connect with others. We’ve had everyone from hungover burners to devout nuns take sanctuary in these sunny lawns and redwood groves. Now we envision a Shared Ownership Community at Lupin Co-op. A celebration of diversity within a shared cause of this earth.

Q: If I register for the mailing list, do I need to attend the meetings?
A: Absolutely not!! Registration just helps you be aware of progress toward a cooperative future. We 100% understand the modern day demands of scheduling. We want everyone to be involved, but you only need to participate as much as your schedule and energy levels allow. Jump in when the time is right for you or you sense an issue you can help with!!
Q: When and where are the meetings?
A: We are meeting every other Wednesday at 6:30pm at Lupin Lodge in the Lodge. The meetings are also broadcasted over Zoom. Join the email list or contact us directly to receive the Zoom log-in for the week.
